Group Registration

Register 3 or more attendees from the same company to qualify for 10% Group Registration savings. Group discount applies to full-conference registration only. Member and non-member rates apply per individual. Upon completion of this form, a member of AFWA’s Membership Services will contact the Primary Contact with an invoice and payment instructions.
