Tina McGill, a seasoned CPA with a focus on acquisition strategies in the healthcare sector, leverages over a decade of experience as an Assistant CFO and educator. Armed with a master’s in accounting, Tina identified gaps in small business services, leading to the establishment of the CFO Services Division within her firm before founding MMAS CPA, P.C. in 2020. Her vision for personalized financial management has resulted in overseeing $18M in acquisition sales and facilitating $10M in credits for small businesses. Tina’s commitment extends beyond her firm, as she actively participates in ADP’s CPA Advisory Board and serves as President of the UT Southern Alumni Foundation Board. Under her guidance, MMAS CPA initiated a scholarship program supporting accounting and finance students. Tina shares her expertise through presentations for ADP, Bank of America, and others, as well as appearances on the HRPreneur podcast.
