This presentation will highlight key facts about today’s workforce and their impact on how managers hire, motivate and retain skilled professionals today.

Speaker BIO:
Kara Finch currently serves at Market Director of the world’s first and largest specialized talent agency, Robert Half. In her role, she oversees the finance & accounting, management resources, and administrative and customer service operations throughout the Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC offices. During her nearly two decades with Robert Half, Kara has held several leadership roles and has received company-wide recognition for outstanding leadership and production. Kara earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University.
