Cindy Stanley has over 25 years of experience in Association Management working with Associations on a local, state and national level. Cindy’s philosophy is that “There’s more than one right answer” and she uses that philosophy to help organizations grow. With her leadership development and strategic planning abilities, she has helped organizations develop and implement strategic plans that provide growth, accountability and fiscal responsibility.
ASAE recognized Cindy with their Award of Excellence for her membership recruitment and retention abilities. She is an accomplished leadership trainer and has taught many courses including ethics, team building, real estate, antitrust and fair housing. Cindy was also recognized as HUD’s volunteer of the year in Minneapolis. At the time she earned her CAE designation, she was one of the youngest people ever to earn that designation.
Outside of work Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses, gardening, kayaking, camping and anything outdoors.
