Speaker BIO:

Andaye has 10+ years of experience leveraging her public health and operations expertise to provide holistic counsel to companies regarding the ESG ecosystem, sustainable operations, social & environmental equity and impact, human rights due diligence, economic development, and place-based initiatives. Andaye is known for driving large scale complex initiatives that meet both a business and social need.

Steve leads Protiviti’s US ESG client engagement practice and is global ESG audit lead. He has over 20 years of client engagement experience working in the manufacturing, hospitality & gaming, consumer goods & retail, and banking industries. Prior to joining Protiviti, Steve has worked with two public accounting firms: Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. Steve obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and had also worked three years in the retail industry. Steve provides clients with the following range of risk consulting services: sustainability reporting, internal audit, SOX, and IT Audit.
