With four generations of professionals in the workplace today, each group, shaped by different experiences and trends, has its own general preferences, priorities and needs. This presentation will highlight key facts about today’s workforce and their impact on how managers hire, motivate and retain skilled professionals today.

  • What makes people of each generation want to join and stay with your organization
  • How offering flexible work arrangements can give you a competitive edge
  • Which generation is ready for more, and which group may be silently unhappy
  • Which generation is most concerned about AI disrupting their jobs and which one is least prepared if it happens
  • A multitude of strategies to help engage – and hang on to – your team

Speaker BIO:

Kara Finch currently serves at Market Director of the world’s first and largest specialized talent agency, Robert Half. In her role, she oversees the finance & accounting, management resources, and administrative and customer service operations throughout the Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC offices. During her nearly two decades with Robert Half, Kara has held several leadership roles and has received company-wide recognition for outstanding leadership and production. Kara earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University.
