Conference Volunteer Opportunities

One of the best ways to get the most out of your Women Who Count Conference experience, is to volunteer. Even though we are virtual this year we still need volunteers.  We have a number of volunteer opportunities, many of which occur during sessions you’re already planning to attend. Not to mention, you’ll get a special recognition as one of our volunteers!

All volunteers must be registered conference attendees.

Opportunities

Those who sign-up to volunteer will be contacted closer to the conference with more information about each opportunity, and the option to sign-up for specific sessions and times.

  • Planning Committee: get involved now! The Conference planning committee meets monthly (video conference) to plan programming and activities.
  • Welcome Host: Be the first to welcome conference attendees and assist our first time attendees! Answer questions and provide additional assistance to our attendees. This is a great way to get to know other conference attendees.
  • Session Host: Introduce speaker during break out sessions (script provided).
  • Break-room Host: Welcome attendees in the break-room and assist with activities and discussion topics in the break-room
  • CPE Monitor: Assist with CPE confirmation and follow up after the conference.
